Scottish Sweet Delights is run by husband and wife team, Hugh and Carol Letford. The business was initially selling products locally at markets etc, but due to popularity and demand we decided to expand to include the internet. This will allow our products to be enjoyed by everyone.

The business is run from our home in Bannockburn,famous for the Battle of 1314.this site is commemerated by a statue of King Robert The Bruce and has picturesque views of Stirling Castle.

We both have vast experience in the catering industry, Hugh was previously a Bakery Manager and Carol has studied for an HND in Hotel and Catering Management. Carol has obtained basic and intermediate Food Hygiene Certificates.This experience combined with the age old recipes we use, is a winning combination
