
HANDMADE SCOTTISH MACAROON
A traditional handmade product made from Potato and Icing Sugar to form the inner fondant of each macaroon. This fondant is then dipped in melted Chocolate and covered with Coconut. This product is moist and succulent on the inside with a crunchy outer. This is the nostalgic taste everyone remembers from their childhood.
Each Macaroon is approx 135g.
Shelf Life: 2 weeks.

Not made from snow and thrown in the winter....
Our Snowballs are handmade from Flour, Butter and Sugar formed into a stiff paste from adding beaten Egg. The paste is divided and rolled into ball shapes, which are then baked in the oven until golden coloured. Once cool, each Snowball half is sandwiched together with a layer of Jam and Icing to form a round ball. The ball is then coated in Icing and rolled in Coconut.
